All franchisees are required by the Franchise Agreement to send one representative from their center to the convention unless granted an excused absence in writing by HQ. The convention is open to franchise owners, staff, and partners who have signed PostNet's Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement. Any franchisee who does not register and attend the convention will be billed for one registration at the full rate.
If a franchisee registers for the convention but does not attend, they will be billed the full convention rate of $499 plus a Meal & Event Fee of $300 to cover food costs. HQ will provide exemptions for the Meal and Event Fee if you are forced to cancel your attendance for an emergency, illness or important family event.
