What To Bring

Extra Business Cards

Be sure to bring plenty of business cards to hand out. You’ll be networking with other franchisees, making new acquaintances, and meeting new vendors and suppliers at the conference so have plenty on hand! Also, to enter vendor giveaways, you’ll typically use your business card to enter the drawing.

Theme Attire

Wild West Theme: The Franchisee Appreciation party theme is based on the Wild West.  Think miners, saloon ladies, gunslingers, cowboys, indians, fur traders, or outlaws!

Business Casual Clothes

The dress code during the day is business casual. You will be meeting vendors, attending educational seminars, and networking with fellow franchisees and HQ staff. Slacks, skirts/dresses, polo shirts, and button-down shirts are all appropriate – think comfortable but professional. Meeting rooms tend to be cooler, so pack a layered wardrobe for varying conditions. And as always... comfy shoes are a must!

Formal Clothes

Attire for the Saturday night Gala Dinner is dressy but not black tie formal (gentlemen wear jackets (tie optional) and ladies wear cocktail attire). A professional photographer will be available to take pictures of couples and groups, giving you a memento of the evening.

Casual Clothes

If you’re extending your trip in the mountains to play or explore, be sure to check the weather before you arrive. Weather can be warm and sunny or cloudy and rainy. June in Colorado is beautiful, but be sure to bring clothes for all seasons.

Phone Charger

There will be free WiFi at the convention, but with all of the networking (and potential use of your phone), be sure to bring a charger to each event!
